Quick read. Was written by a guy who builds houses for a living after being skeptical of his own ability and fights with banks to get a loan. It's geared toward those who want to learn just enough to get a bank loan and then start building the house. Good introduction to lots of topics, but it is an overview, nothing technically detailed in the book.
If you need some inspiration and help believing you can do it, this book is for you.
